Do you run our ad account or spin up your own?

Yours. Always. You own the account, the pixel, the ad library, the audiences. If we part ways, everything stays with you. We never run campaigns from an 'agency account' — that's how businesses lose leverage.

What about iOS 14 / attribution?

Every account we run ships with Conversions API (CAPI) server-side — usually via GTM Server or a custom endpoint — with event deduplication, matched via hashed emails/phones/IDs. Match rates above 95% are standard. It's not magic, it's just doing the setup properly.

How much budget do we need to make this work?

We have clients at $3k/month ad spend and clients at $200k/month. Under $3k/month, Meta doesn't have enough data to optimize — a direct boost strategy works better. Over $3k/month, full campaign structures earn their keep.

Can you produce the creative, or do we supply it?

We produce it. Our in-house video + design team ships 10+ new creatives per campaign per week — reels, statics, carousels, UGC-style. If you already have brand guidelines or a content library, we work inside them.

How long before we see results?

Week 1 we fix the plumbing. Weeks 2–4 we ship creative and tune. Most clients see a ROAS lift by week 6. Clients who see no lift by week 10, we part ways — nothing is learned by extending an experiment that failed.

Can you run for regulated industries (health, finance, crypto)?

Yes — we've run for fintech, insurance, and health/wellness. Each has its own Meta policy tripwires; we know them and design around them. We don't run gambling, adult, or explicit-crypto-trading ads — other agencies for that.
