The short version.

Will it sound like a real human?

It will sound like a competent agent. We don't try to deceive — most users figure out it's an AI within a message or two, and they're fine with it as long as it's actually helpful. Voice agents pass for human in most quick interactions; longer calls usually surface the AI nature.

What if it gives a wrong answer?

We engineer for safety: tight prompts, controlled scope, hand-off rules when confidence is low. For sensitive use cases (legal, medical, financial advice), we hard-stop the AI and route to a human. We monitor every conversation for the first month after launch.

What languages do you support?

Anything frontier LLMs handle natively — which is most major languages. We've shipped in English, Armenian, Russian, Italian. We tune prompts per language since direct translation often misses the local idiom.

Can it integrate with our existing tools?

Almost certainly. Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, custom CRMs, Slack, your booking system — anything with an API. Function calling lets the agent take real actions, not just chat.

How much does AI usage actually cost?

Depends on conversation length and the model. Rough math: $0.005–0.05 per conversation for a typical 5–15 message exchange. Voice is more (~$0.10–0.30/min). We pass it through at cost — no markup, no margin games.

Can we change the conversation flow ourselves?

Yes. The system is configurable — you can edit the prompts, add scenarios, change voice & tone — through a simple admin panel. For deeper changes (new integrations, complex flows), we recommend our retainer.
